1. Nature of Services

Roof Artisan operates as a project management and coordination company. For roof replacement, roof repair, re-roofing, solar panel installation, and exterior house painting, Roof Artisan arranges and manages work performed by approved, licensed and insured Florida contractors.

Separately, Roof Artisan directly provides temporary, emergency protective measures — primarily the installation of tarps and similar coverings — intended to reduce or slow water intrusion following storm damage, leaks, or other roof emergencies. Emergency tarping is a temporary mitigation measure only and is not a permanent repair, restoration, or replacement of any roof or roofing component.

2. Licensed Contractors

Roof repair, re-roofing, replacement, solar installation, and exterior painting arranged through Roof Artisan are performed by licensed and insured Florida contractors. Florida law generally requires a licensed contractor for roof repair, re-roofing, and replacement work, and the contractors Roof Artisan coordinates hold the appropriate licenses. Property owners may verify any contractor's license at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) website.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Roof Artisan makes no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, regarding the prevention of water intrusion, leaks, mold, structural damage, or any other outcome. Weather, roof condition, and other factors outside our control affect results. Tarping is a stop-gap measure and does not ensure a watertight roof.

4. Licensed and Insured Work

Any permanent roof repair, replacement, or structural work arranged through Roof Artisan is performed by a licensed and insured Florida roofing contractor. Roof Artisan coordinates these licensed contractors on your behalf. You can verify any contractor's license at the DBPR website.
